| | Dingo
A dingo is a dog that roams wild across the whole continent of
Australia, excluding Tasmania. Farmers kill them in case they attack sheep or
other livestock, but they are still around. They are believed to have been
brought to Australia by the Aborigines. Or they may have arrived with ships from
East Asian countries. They sometimes hunt alone, or in packs. A pack can bring
down a big animal like a kangaroo. If no game is to be found, the dogs have
eaten reptiles.
A dingo is the same species as our household pets: canis
familiaris. Order carnivora (meat eater), family canidae.
Size: medium
Color: red to yellow

| How much do dogs
know? They know when the sun comes up, and when it goes down. What do
they think about besides hunting? Are they aware of their Creator? Maybe
they know more than us! Maybe God speaks to them. "I am the Lord
and there is no God beside me: I girded you, though you have not known
me: that they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west,
that I am the Lord. I form the light, and create darkness." Isaiah
